False Confession is very common when people feel pressured or are coerced or misled.

Wrongful Convictions are NOT rare.

Studies suggest 2% – 10% of the 2 million folk in US prisons are innocent.

It is very hard and time consuming for wrongly convicted people to get their case back into court meaning many lose years languishing in prison awaiting new hearings.
