At the very least Devin Bennett deserves an evidentiary hearing.
Devin did not harm his son Brandon and is supported in that by Brandon’s mother and her family. The State of MS has sentenced people to death who have later been exonerated of any wrong doing – they make mistakes.
Devin has suffered enough.
