The Mississippi Supreme Court has set the execution of Charles Crawford, 59.
Charles is set to be executed on October 15th at the Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman following a number of requests by the State Attorney General.
Charles has exhausted all state and federal appeals, he was convicted and sentenced to death in Lafayette County in 1994.
